When can I expect my order?
It takes 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days. In total, it takes 6 to 10 business days before you receive your order.
What happens if the expected delivery time is exceeded?
99% of our orders are delivered on time. However, delays can sometimes occur. You can check the status of your order via this link: Order Tracking. If you have not received your order seven days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.
What are the delivery costs?
We NEVER charge delivery costs. Good news, you won't have to pay anything for delivery!

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders within 30 minutes of submission, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. Click on the link in the email to track your package in real time.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will help you resolve the issue quickly.
